The challenge runs from [CAMPAIGN START DATE] to [CAMPAIGN END DATE] (inclusive, Singapore Time). Submissions received outside this period will not be eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or close the campaign early with reasonable notice.
4. Eligibility
Open to TikTok content creators worldwide.
You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission. If you are under 18, you must have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must have an active TikTok account that is publicly accessible.
The Promoter and any individuals directly associated with the operation of this campaign are not eligible to participate.
One entry per person. One TikTok account and one email address per entrant.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Chroma Originals TikTok Launch Challenge, you must complete all of the following steps:
Create a TikTok reel featuring Chroma 12. Your reel must show actual Chroma 12 gameplay, interface, or a walkthrough. The reel must be original content created by you.
Include the game identity. The game name "Chroma 12" and the URL chroma12.com must appear somewhere in the reel — in the video caption, your TikTok bio at the time of posting, or visibly within the video itself.
Include the hashtag#chroma12 in your post.
Keep the reel publicly viewable throughout the campaign period and for a minimum of 30 days following delivery of your reward code (see Section 8).
Reach 500 organic likes. Your reel must accumulate a minimum of 500 likes. Likes must be organic. Likes generated through paid TikTok promotion, third-party engagement services, or any form of artificial inflation do not count and will result in disqualification.

A screenshot or screen recording clearly showing the reel has received 500 or more likes.
Incomplete submissions — those missing the reel link, evidence of 500 likes, or the required hashtag and game identity — will not be processed.
6. Verification
The Promoter will review each submission to verify that all entry requirements in Section 5 have been met.
Verification will be completed within 7 business days of receiving a complete submission.
If a submission is approved, a unique single-use redemption code will be sent to the email address used to submit.
If a submission is incomplete or does not meet the requirements, the Promoter will notify the entrant by reply email. The entrant will be given one opportunity to resubmit a corrected submission.
The Promoter's decision on all verification matters is final and binding.
7. The Prize
One (1) single-use Chroma 12 Creator Exclusive holographic skin redemption code per qualifying entry.
The code has no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or gifted to another person.
The code must be redeemed within 90 days of delivery. Codes that expire unused will not be replaced.
The cosmetic item unlocked by this code is a digital in-game item with no real-world monetary value.
8. Post-Redemption Obligations
Upon receiving your redemption code, you agree to keep your qualifying TikTok reel publicly viewable for a minimum of 30 days. Deleting or privatising the reel within this period may result in deactivation of your code. After the 30-day period, you are free to manage your reel at your discretion.
9. Content and Conduct
By participating, you confirm that:
Your reel is your own original content and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Your reel does not contain content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, misleading, or in breach of TikTok's Community Guidelines.
You have all necessary rights and permissions to publish the content in your reel.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these conditions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at the Promoter's sole discretion.
10. Attribution and Promotion
By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reference your TikTok username and reel in connection with the Chroma Originals campaign (for example, in social media posts celebrating the campaign). The Promoter will not reproduce your reel in full without your separate consent.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this campaign at any time with reasonable notice. If the campaign is withdrawn before the end date, all eligible pending submissions at the time of withdrawal will still be honoured.
Entries using multiple accounts, false identities, or automated tools will be disqualified.
The Promoter is not responsible for submissions that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. All questions and complaints regarding this promotion should be directed to the Promoter, not TikTok.
Participation in this campaign does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or endorsement relationship between the entrant and the Promoter.
These T&Cs are subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. If any part of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
12. Data Protection
Email addresses and TikTok profile information submitted as part of this campaign are processed solely for the purposes of verifying your entry and delivering your reward. 13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from participation in this campaign, including any failure to receive, redeem, or retain the prize code due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control.
14. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
